(Haiphong.gov.vn) – Implementing Decision No. 4074/QD-UBND dated December 5, 2022 of the City People's Committee on land recovery of Ha Long Seafood One Member Co., Ltd. in Tan Thanh Ward, Duong Kinh District due to the expiration of the land use term but not being extended. On the morning of December 22, 2023, the People's Committee of Duong Kinh District carried out the procedure for compulsory land recovery of Ha Long Seafood One Member Co., Ltd.

The recovered land area is 120ha. The location of the land plot is determined according to the cadastral map (measured) at a scale of 1/2000 prepared by Hai Phong Construction Design Consulting Company (now Hai Phong Construction Design Consulting Joint Stock Company), and appraised by the Hai Phong Department of Land Administration (now the Department of Natural Resources and Environment) in August 2001.

The authorities inventory and seal the unit's assets and do not move them on their own.

With the participation of relevant forces and representatives of Ha Long Seafood One Member Co., Ltd., Duong Kinh District People's Committee has carried out the procedure of notifying the decisions to reclaim the land of the City People's Committee and the District People's Committee, and at the same time conducted an inventory and sealed the assets that the unit did not move on its own, and handed them over to Tan Thanh Ward People's Committee for management.
