The clip is nearly 1 minute long, with a close-up shot of the girl's face that looks similar to Bui Quynh Hoa. In addition, the sound in the clip is also quite clear, listeners can easily recognize the voice: "The flower has finished one fruit but I haven't seen any smile yet"...
According to shared information, the clip of Bui Quynh Hoa suspected of inhaling laughing gas "was either livestreamed or posted by her friends in 2016, when the beauty queen was only 18 years old".
Giao Thong Newspaper contacted the Organizing Committee (OC) of Miss Universe Vietnam 2023 and Miss Bui Quynh Hoa to clarify the above rumor, but has not received a response.
After being crowned Miss Universe Vietnam 2023, Bui Quynh Hoa continuously faced suspicions that the Organizing Committee "cleared the way" for her to be crowned and bought the award.
The beauty queen also had more than 100 anti-groups created on social networks.
The incident caused the Miss Universe organization to announce that it would investigate the transparency and honesty of Miss Universe Vietnam 2023.
"Thank you for raising concerns about the Miss Universe Vietnam 2023 contest. We have listened and considered this. The most important thing for us is that all contests in countries are judged fairly.
We are working closely with our local franchise partners to learn more about what happened and ensure the integrity of the pageant. We ask for your patience as we look into this matter further," Miss Universe said in a statement on October 3.

Meanwhile, Miss Universe Vietnam 2023 and Bui Quynh Hoa both denied rumors of buying and selling the prize.

More importantly, at Bui Quynh Hoa, we were quite surprised that she shared her community project and it touched me."
Bui Quynh Hoa was born in 1998, in Hanoi. She is 1m75 tall, with hot measurements.
She is said to have a photogenic face, performing skills, and graceful posing on stage and in front of the camera.
The beauty is a familiar face having participated in contests such as: Miss Ao Dai Vietnam World 2017, Miss Sea Vietnam Global 2018.
In 2018, she won the Vietnam Supermodel Gold Award. At Miss Universe Vietnam 2022, Bui Quynh Hoa entered the Top 10 finalists.
In 2022, Quynh Nga won the title of Champion of Super Model International 2022 held in Thailand.
