HNX approved more than 79 million SJF shares to trade on UPCoM

NDO - On November 6, the Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) announced the official listing of 79.2 million SJF shares of Sao Thai Duong Investment JSC on the UPCoM market at HNX with a reference price on the first trading day of VND 1,700/share.

Sao Thai Duong Investment Joint Stock Company, stock code: SJF (address: 8th floor, SIMCO Song Da building, Van Phuc new urban area, Van Phuc ward, Ha Dong district, Hanoi), established in 2012.

On July 5, 2017, SJF shares traded for the first time on HOSE with a reference price of VND 11,600/share.

In 2018, the Company increased its charter capital to 792 billion VND.

Regarding production and business situation, by the end of the third quarter of 2024, the enterprise recorded net revenue of more than 78.49 billion VND (equal to 74% compared to the same period in 2023), after-tax profit recorded more than 3.49 billion VND (same period last year recorded a loss of more than 6.66 billion VND).

At the same time as the announcement of officially listing SJF shares on the UPCoM market, HNX also decided to suspend trading of SJF shares from November 13, 2024, on the grounds that the organization registering for trading is a company that has been delisted due to serious violations of information disclosure obligations as prescribed.

Within 15 working days from the date SJF shares are suspended from trading as prescribed, Sao Thai Duong Investment JSC must send a document to the Hanoi Stock Exchange, explaining the reasons and proposing a solution to overcome the suspension of trading.

Previously, on October 25, 2024, Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange issued a decision to delist SJF shares due to the listing organization's serious violation of information disclosure obligations, which is a case of securities subject to mandatory delisting according to regulations.
