In 2024, Ninh Thuan Tourism Association has performed well its assigned functions and tasks. It regularly calls for and connects tourism businesses in the province to participate and develop its membership. Up to now, the Association has 98 members. In addition, the Association has actively participated in social security work, joining hands to support and donate 200 million VND to the people in the North who suffered damage caused by storm Yagi. In particular, Ninh Thuan tourism industry in 2024 has achieved remarkable results, the total number of visitors and vacationers is estimated at 3.46 million, an increase of 19.3% over the same period, reaching 108.1% of the plan; social income from tourism activities is estimated at 3,900 billion VND.

This result has the important accompaniment and contribution of the Association and tourism service businesses in the province, most notably the active participation in organizing events such as: The 20th Ho Chi Minh City Tourism Festival, Vietnam International Tourism Fair VITM Hanoi 2024, Ninh Thuan Culture and Tourism Day in Da Nang, the 18th Ho Chi Minh City International Tourism Fair, tourism survey in China, association, cooperation to promote tourism with Gwangju City, Seoul, Jeju (Korea), Kerala state, India, etc. In addition, the Association has successfully organized the Congress of the Ninh Thuan Provincial Tourism Association for the third term (2024-2029) to consolidate and strengthen the Association, contributing to the development of Ninh Thuan tourism in the coming time.

In order to promote and enhance the effective operation of the Ninh Thuan Provincial Tourism Association in 2025, contributing to achieving and exceeding the provincial tourism development targets, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the Association to continue to advise, make suggestions, and focus on implementing the following contents: Continue to coordinate with the Center for Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion to promote and advertise domestic and foreign tourism, especially key international tourist markets to Ninh Thuan such as: China, Korea, Japan, Taiwan, India; coordinate to organize the 12th Vietnam - Taiwan (China) Tourism Cooperation Conference in Ninh Thuan province, scheduled for October 2025; participate in fairs, conferences to promote and advertise Ninh Thuan tourism, domestic and international Famtrip and Presstrip delegations. At the same time, organize tourism training courses in 2025 for businesses and units operating in tourism services in the province, contributing to improving the quality of tourism services in tourist areas and destinations, helping to attract tourists, developing tourism to truly become a spearhead economic sector of the province.

Continue to coordinate with the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism and other departments, branches and localities to successfully organize events such as: Ninh Thuan Culture and Tourism Day in the Central Highlands in 2025; The 6th Cham Ethnic Cultural Festival in Ninh Thuan in 2025; Kate Festival; Ninh Thuan Kite Surfing Tournament in 2025; Ninh Thuan Open Golf Tournament in 2025; Ninh Thuan Welcomes the New Year 2026 Program, etc. Continue to promote the role of a bridge between the tourism business community and state management agencies; build a civilized, healthy and legal business environment, protect the rights of tourism businesses in the province. Strengthen links and cooperation between tourism associations and domestic and international travel companies; create an environment for exchange and connection for members to cooperate and support each other in business activities. Timely implement signed cooperation agreements between the Provincial Tourism Association and domestic and foreign organizations.

Mobilizing members and businesses to promote training, apply information technology, and promote digital transformation in the unit's tourism activities.
On this occasion, the Vietnam Tourism Association awarded certificates of merit to 1 collective and 2 individuals who had outstanding achievements in directing and organizing the implementation of activities of the Ninh Thuan Provincial Tourism Association in 2024, actively participating in the Association's activities, contributing to the development of Ninh Thuan province tourism and Vietnam tourism.
