On August 19, at the meeting room of the Binh Thuan Provincial People's Committee, Mr. Phan Van Dang - Permanent Vice Chairman of the Binh Thuan Provincial People's Committee, along with leaders of departments, branches, Industrial Park Management Board and Binh Thuan Provincial Business Association received and worked with the VKBIA Association delegation led by Mr. Tran Hai Linh, Member of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, Chairman of the VKBIA Association.

At the meeting, the delegation discussed with the locality about attracting and promoting investment to support the development of local infrastructure investment projects (green industry, renewable energy, LNG, logistics centers, IDC data centers, tourism infrastructure, etc.); possible cooperation contents based on the potential and desires of both sides.
VKBIA will find localities in Korea with similar characteristics to Binh Thuan to discuss specifically and support the signing of local cooperation agreements, support the province to continue attracting and promoting investment with Korean partners and other developed countries, support the organization of Binh Thuan investment promotion conferences in Korea; export key products of Binh Thuan or through local gateways to the Korean market and other countries, cooperate to develop high-quality human resources in the locality, recruit workers for Korean enterprises in Vietnam, Korea and other countries...
During the meeting, Mr. Tran Hai Linh affirmed that the VKBIA Association is like an "extended arm", connecting the economy, trade, tourism, culture and education between the two sides, enhancing the practical effectiveness of activities between localities and businesses between Vietnam and Korea.
Standing Vice Chairman of Binh Thuan Provincial People's Committee Phan Van Dang suggested that the Provincial Business Association act as a focal point to connect and continue exchanging relevant information with the VKBIA Association.
He also suggested that the VKBIA Association support Binh Thuan in connecting and cooperating with a Korean locality with similar characteristics to establish a twinned locality, and continue to pay attention to supporting and attracting investors to three key areas for economic development of Binh Thuan province: industry, tourism and services, and agricultural products.
On August 21, Mr. Tran Van Hiep - Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee and Mr. Pham S - Vice Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee, received the working delegation of VKBIA Association to discuss promoting cooperation between the province and Korean partners and other developed countries in many fields: investment promotion, trade and tourism; local cooperation; infrastructure development; development of high-quality human resources and recruitment of workers and interns; people's diplomacy activities...
At the meeting, representatives of Korean units, businesses and financial companies spoke about the characteristics and needs of cooperation with Vietnam, especially Lam Dong; learned about the investment environment, especially the potential for infrastructure investment, Halal food, etc.

Leaders of Lam Dong province's departments and branches participated in the discussion on issues of interest to the Korean side, such as: green technology, smart cities, coffee and agricultural product exports, application of Korean high-tech science and technology in high-tech agriculture, including the application of quantum water filtration technology to green agricultural products in Lam Dong province, vegetable and flower seed production technology, human resources for export, orientations for promoting and developing tourism, etc.
At the meeting, Vice Chairman of Lam Dong province Pham S concluded 9 important cooperation contents between Lam Dong province and VKBIA Association, and proposed to sign a memorandum of understanding between Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee and VKBIA Association to detail the cooperation areas.
