Specifically, 83% of Vietnamese participants have changed their health priorities after the pandemic. They focus more on a healthy, active lifestyle as well as having a comprehensive health protection method.
Survey shows that the majority of consumers in Vietnam have become more concerned about health after COVID-19
Survey respondents also shared that boosting their immune system (54%), improving their overall health (53%), developing healthy eating habits (50%), and improving their mental health (50%) were the top four health goals they wanted to achieve, followed by increasing physical activity (48%) and improving sleep (46%).
The survey further suggests that different generations have different priorities when it comes to improving their health. Older respondents were more focused on boosting their immunity than younger Gen Z and Millennials. Conversely, 46% of younger generations considered improving their mental health an important part of their health goals, while only 34% of older generations shared the same view.
