With the theme "Trang An Scenic Landscape - Pearl of Vietnam", the art program celebrating the 10th anniversary of Trang An being recognized by UNESCO as a World Cultural and Natural Heritage focuses on using traditional folk art forms combined with modern sound and music arrangements, lighting, and techniques, along with a cast of famous artists, promising to leave many impressions and aesthetic vibrations for the audience.
The Program's General Director - Screenwriter Hong Hoa said: This is an art performance program at an important event of national and international significance. Therefore, in addition to ensuring aesthetic factors, the program must also meet political factors. It must demonstrate and promote the natural beauty, historical, cultural and artistic values of Ninh Binh as well as Vietnam. Every detail when included in the program is carefully considered by us, from the artistic script to the selection of songs, choreography, harmony, arrangement, lighting, etc.
With the theme "Trang An Scenic Landscape - Pearl of Vietnam", the program is divided into 3 parts: Part 1 is Legendary Dawn, Part 2 is From the time of King Dinh, Part 3 is the conclusion of Trang An Scenic Landscape - Pearl of Vietnam. The program will follow the historical flow from the beginning of time to the time of King Dinh building and defending the country and up to the present day. Regardless of the era, the people of Vietnam, especially Ninh Binh people, are always attached, loyal, cherish, preserve the land of the imperial capital, in harmony with nature to be happy, enjoy and protect the value of Trang An scenic heritage as a precious gem of the nation and of humanity. Although divided into 3 parts quite clearly, through artistic techniques such as: light, harmony, and arrangement, there will still be a smooth transition, closely connecting the parts.
Director and music composer of the Program, musician Nguyen Cuong shared: Ninh Binh, the land of the first emperor of the centralized feudal state of the Vietnamese people, is also the land of national intangible cultural heritages such as: Xam singing, Van singing, Ca Tru singing... Therefore, in the program we focus on including many folk music materials with local characteristics. Notably, the Chau Van singing performance, imbued with the cultural identity of the Vietnamese Mother Goddess worship. Also according to artist Nguyen Cuong, the songs will be performed, harmonized and arranged in a new style, which will certainly leave many impressions and aesthetic vibrations for the audience.
There is less than a week left until the 10th anniversary of Trang An being recognized by UNESCO as a World Cultural and Natural Heritage, so at this time, the preparation of facilities, stages as well as the rehearsal and rehearsing of the performances in the art program are being urgently completed by the units.
The program "Trang An Scenic Spot - Gem of Vietnam" focuses on using traditional folk art forms such as Xam singing, Chau Van singing, and Trong Quan singing... combined with modern sound and music arrangements, lighting, and special effects, along with famous artists such as Anh Tho, Hanoi Harmony Choir, Kieu Anh singer, Tam Xuan dance group... promising to leave many impressions on delegates and audiences nationwide.
Participating in a performance with other artists in a mashup of Xam, Chau Van, Trong Quan..., Meritorious Artist Tran Huyen Dieu (Ninh Binh Cheo Theater) shared: We feel very honored and proud.
