The number of workers who have not returned to work are mainly those who are on maternity leave or have plans to take additional leave in advance (with permission). Therefore, the company's production activities are not affected and have almost returned to normal.

According to Mr. Truong, this year the order situation is still stable and is expected to be "brighter" than previous years. Even before the Tet holiday, there was overtime, giving workers more income.

On the production day, the company organized activities to welcome workers back to work, held a spring meeting and gave lucky money to the entire company. It is estimated that Changshin spent a total of 7.7 billion VND to "give lucky money" to workers.

This is the company's annual activity on New Year's Day to encourage and motivate all workers to stick with the company, make production efforts to promote business development.

In a series of activities to care for workers during Tet, trade unions at all levels in Dong Nai gave more than 80,000 gifts to workers in difficult circumstances (each gift worth 1 million VND).
