Recently, the report "Ranking the 100 strongest and most valuable brands in Vietnam" published by Brand Finance (UK) showed that MobiFone's brand value in 2023 increased by 18.5% from 661 million USD (in 2022) to 783 million USD, ranking in the top 15 brands with the strongest and most valuable brand value in Vietnam. This is truly a meaningful result, especially in the context of a particularly difficult economy due to market fluctuations, weak demand, risks of global economic recession and high inflationary pressure. Thus, MobiFone continues its 8-year streak of increasing brand value even in the context of the telecommunications industry facing many difficulties and witnessing the decline of many major brands. The brand value in 2023 has increased by 45.3% compared to the first time MobiFone appeared in the ranking of the world's most valuable brands by Brand Finance in 2016 as a testament to the network operator. has been trusted and loved by consumers.

However, in reality, the traditional telecommunications industry is gradually losing growth space due to the strong influence of social networks and high customer demands. Currently, fiber optic cable has wide coverage, the internet is developing, the more services there are, the more the mobile industry is shrinking, both in terms of services and growth space. The mobile industry needs to find new growth space, new products and services whose utilities need to be associated with the development of smart social life, trust, use and the desires of users. At the same time, MobiFone will continue to implement its strategy to promote business in new areas such as digital finance, digital healthcare, digital education, etc., which require a lot of resources in terms of systems and human resources in the initial stages of implementation.
