On the third day of Tet, Trang An Eco-tourism Area (Ninh Binh) welcomed a large number of domestic and foreign tourists coming to enjoy the spring scenery at the beginning of the year.
At noon, the sun was strong, the temperature was 25 degrees Celsius, boats lined up to leave Sao Khe ferry.
At 11am, the ticket counter area was packed. According to VietNamNet, the total time it took for each tourist to queue up to buy tickets and wait for their turn to board the boat was nearly 2 hours.
It was sunny, many families with small children brought umbrellas and covered themselves with hats and shirts to avoid the sun during the nearly 2 hours of sightseeing.
Some people wear sunscreen and face masks.
A male tourist from Hanoi applies sunscreen while taking a boat tour of Trang An. "My friend and I intentionally brought sunscreen because we knew it would be hot today. Before getting on the boat, we left our jackets in the car and only wore light clothes," he said.
The security team's boat is anchored in the grass, equipped with a large umbrella to easily monitor the activities of other boats on busy days.
Boats are bustling around the temples and check-in points.
At 3:30 p.m., the Dai cave area was congested because boats could not move in time.
At 4:15 p.m., the sun was still strong, many tourists tried their best to steer the boat to increase speed.
The parking lot is still full of vehicles. It is expected that in the first days of the new year, the number of visitors to Trang An will continue to increase.
