Tan Tien and Huu Van communes reach the advanced new rural area finish line

After reaching the new rural finish line, the Party Committee and the authorities of Tan Tien and Huu Van communes continued to promote propaganda, raise awareness of the Party Committee, the authorities and all classes of people, and maintain the achieved criteria. Focus on mobilizing all resources, striving to complete the construction of advanced new rural areas.

From 2018 to now, the two communes have received investment from Hanoi City and Chuong My District to synchronously upgrade rural infrastructure, especially the electricity - road - school - station system. Through the construction of new rural areas, many new models and effective methods have been widely deployed, contributing to changing the appearance of the two communes of Tan Tien and Huu Van.

As a result, Tan Tien and Huu Van communes have achieved 19/19 criteria according to the set of criteria for advanced new rural communes in the period of 2021 - 2025 as prescribed in Decision No. 320/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister. The two communes are assessed as not complicated in terms of security and order.

Tan Tien and Huu Van communes currently have no poor households.

During the process of building new rural areas, the two communes did not have any outstanding debts for basic construction. People's lives have been constantly improved; to date, the two communes have no poor households. The results of the poll on people's satisfaction according to the instructions of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front all met the regulations.

On the morning of January 5, the Hanoi New Rural Area Appraisal Team inspected and reviewed the application for recognition of advanced new rural area standards in Tan Tien and Huu Van communes (Chuong My district).

The delegation members, representing departments and branches, inspected the actual implementation results of the criteria of the two communes. Although there are still some issues that localities need to continue to pay attention to and complete, 100% of the delegation members agreed and highly agreed that the two communes are qualified to complete the dossier to submit to the competent authority for consideration and recognition of meeting the advanced new rural standards in 2024.

With the efforts of the Party Committee, the government and the participation of the people, the advanced new rural areas have appeared in the two communes.

Mr. Ngo Van Ngon suggested that the two communes accept all the comments of the appraisal team members, promptly complete the dossier to submit to the competent authority for meeting, consideration, and recognition of meeting the advanced new rural standards in 2024. At the same time, continue to promote propaganda, raise people's awareness, and actively participate in maintaining the achieved advanced new rural criteria.
