Attending and chairing the Conference were Chairman of the City People's Committee Nguyen Van Tung; Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Hoang Minh Cuong; leaders of the Customs Department, leaders of relevant departments and branches and more than 200 enterprises in the city.
The FDI enterprises and the business community in the city have played an important role in creating jobs, increasing export turnover, and making a great contribution to the state budget. To achieve such results, it is impossible not to mention the important contribution of enterprises operating in the field of import and export.
Although the Hai Phong City People's Committee has issued a Plan on key tasks and solutions to improve the business environment and enhance national competitiveness in 2024, and has many preferential policies to attract business investment, in reality many businesses still face difficulties in implementing policies related to import-export activities, logistics and digital transformation.

These recommendations have been directly answered by the city leaders and relevant departments and branches, clarifying the solutions as well as accepting the recommendations and proposals of businesses.
“The city will always accompany businesses, resolve difficulties and obstacles, help businesses have the best conditions and the most optimal business environment to operate, and join hands to build Hai Phong into a bright spot in the country's economic development” - Vice Chairman of Hai Phong City People's Committee Hoang Minh Cuong affirmed.
