Previously, at around 5:30 p.m. on April 18, the family of Mr. Ha Van Chuan (residing in Thung Khe hamlet, Thanh Son commune, Mai Chau district) discovered two children walking their bicycles through the gate of their house, showing signs of fatigue and hunger... After that, Mr. Chuan and his wife brought the children into the house, changed their clothes, cut their hair, bathed them, and cooked rice for them.
Upon receiving the information, Mai Chau District Police sent officers to meet them directly. Upon questioning, they learned that the children were Mong ethnic people (about 13 to 15 years old), they could not remember their names, which hamlet or commune they lived in, only that they were from Muong Cha district, Dien Bien.
The two children rode their bicycles in the direction of Mai Chau - Hanoi with the purpose of going to Hanoi to find their mother. The district police took the two children to the unit for care.
