The working group aims to promptly grasp the difficulties and problems of enterprises and investors in production and business activities and the process of implementing investment projects in Ha Tinh.

The People's Committee of Ha Tinh province has just issued a decision to establish a special working group to remove difficulties and obstacles, and support businesses, investors, and investment projects in the area.

Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vo Trong Hai and provincial leaders discussed with leaders of departments, branches and Can Loc district about site clearance work for the North-South expressway project.

Accordingly, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vo Trong Hai is the Head of the Special Working Group. Below him are 4 deputy heads including 3 Vice Chairmen of the Provincial People's Committee: Nguyen Hong Linh, Tran Bao Ha, Le Ngoc Chau and the Director of the Department of Planning and Investment.

The 14 members of the Special Task Force are: Director of the Department of Industry and Trade, Director of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, Director of the Department of Construction, Director of the Department of Finance, Director of the Department of Justice, Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, Director of the Department of Transport, Director of the Department of Culture - Sports and Tourism, Head of the Provincial Economic Zone Management Board, Director of the State Bank - Ha Tinh Branch, Director of the Provincial Social Insurance, Director of the Provincial Tax Department, Director of the Market Management Department, Deputy Chief of Office of the Provincial People's Committee (Tran Nguyen Tho).

Depending on the requirements of the task, related fields and management areas, the Working Group invites leaders of a number of relevant provincial and local agencies to participate and coordinate implementation when necessary.

The working group is responsible for promptly grasping the difficulties and obstacles of enterprises and investors in production and business activities, and the process of implementing investment projects in the province; promptly reporting and proposing to the Provincial People's Committee plans to support and handle difficulties and obstacles in accordance with legal regulations and practice; for difficulties and obstacles beyond its authority, advising the Provincial People's Committee to report to the Prime Minister, the Prime Minister's Special Working Group, and central ministries and branches for timely consideration and adjustment.

Explain and guide the unified implementation of legal provisions on investment, production and business and related regulations to remove difficulties and obstacles, promote production and business activities, and implement investment projects in accordance with legal provisions.

Inspect and direct the settlement of administrative procedures, difficulties and problems of relevant agencies for enterprises and investors according to regulations. Support and resolve problems for enterprises and investors who are investing, expanding investment, researching investment and production and business in Ha Tinh.

Direct and coordinate activities between departments, branches and localities to thoroughly resolve problems arising in production and business activities, and the implementation of investment projects in the province. Direct and urge departments, branches, branches and localities to carry out administrative procedures, site clearance and related issues for key projects.

Researching relevant mechanisms, policies, planning, development orientations and solutions to promptly grasp investment cooperation and production and business opportunities in the new situation. Proactively approach, contact and negotiate with large corporations and enterprises with high technology to mobilize, call for and promote investment and production and business in the province. Identifying a list of key projects to direct the Working Group to assist the Working Group in administrative procedures during the survey, licensing and implementation of investment projects.

Quarterly or when necessary, report to the Provincial People's Committee and the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee on the results, progress, proposals and recommendations for support and handling of difficulties for enterprises and investors; promptly propose rewards and handle related organizations and individuals...

The working group works on a part-time basis. Each member is responsible to the Provincial People's Committee and the Team Leader within the scope of assigned tasks; ensuring timely support and handling of difficulties and problems for enterprises and investors in production, business activities, and implementation of investment projects in the province.

The Department of Planning and Investment is the Standing Agency of this Special Working Group.

The decision of the Provincial People's Committee also established 2 working groups to assist the Working Group. Accordingly, Group 1 is responsible for synthesizing, proposing, and advising on the working contents of the Working Group within the scope of functions, tasks, and management areas of its agency and as assigned by the Working Group's leader.

Group 2 guides and supports businesses and investors in resolving difficulties and problems regarding documents and procedures during production and business activities, investment research, and project implementation; directly works with businesses and investors to work with departments, branches, localities and related units to support the research and project implementation process for key projects of the province.
