Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission Truong Thanh Huyen reported on the results of the implementation of the program of coordinating mass mobilization work between the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission, the Provincial Military Command and the Provincial Police.
Implementing the program of coordination between the Central Committee for Mass Mobilization with the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army and the Ministry of Public Security, the Provincial Committee for Mass Mobilization, the Provincial Military Command and the Provincial Police have proactively researched, thoroughly grasped and implemented coordination programs among cadres, civil servants, soldiers of the armed forces and the people.
The Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission and the Military Command strengthen coordination in advising Party Committees and authorities at all levels to concretize and promptly and effectively implement resolutions, directives, decisions and conclusions of the Party, policies and laws of the State, the Ministry of National Defense and the Ministry of Public Security related to mass mobilization work and military and defense tasks, ensuring security, order and social safety in the locality.

The mass mobilization bloc, the Fatherland Front, and mass organizations have actively coordinated with the armed forces to disseminate, propagate, and mobilize cadres, civil servants, soldiers of the armed forces and the people to well implement the Party's policies and resolutions, the State's policies and laws, focusing on the province's policies and guidelines on socio-economic recovery and development associated with the prevention of the COVID-19 epidemic, building new rural areas, civilized urban areas, sustainable poverty reduction, social security work, etc.

The mass mobilization bloc and the armed forces strengthen coordination to improve the effectiveness of patriotic emulation movements, the "Skilled Mass Mobilization" emulation movement associated with the political tasks of localities and units, focusing on building and replicating models and typical examples of "Skilled Mass Mobilization" in all fields, especially difficult and complicated fields that the entire political system is focusing on leading and implementing. On this occasion, Ha Tinh also requested the Military Region 4 Command to continue to pay attention to mobilizing units to carry out field missions to do mass mobilization work in the province, especially in localities that have not yet met new rural standards and disadvantaged areas...
Speaking at the meeting, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Tran The Dung informed the delegation about the outstanding results in socio-economic development, ensuring national defense and security in the area. In that result, in addition to the high determination of the entire political system, there is an important contribution from the coordination between the mass mobilization bloc and the armed forces.

To improve the quality and effectiveness of the program of coordination in implementing mass mobilization work in the province, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee requested that units focus on thoroughly grasping and effectively implementing the Party's policies and resolutions on mass mobilization, national defense and security work; the coordination programs of the Central Mass Mobilization Commission with the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army and the Ministry of Public Security are close to practical requirements.
Focus on promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style in conjunction with improving public service ethics, promoting the exemplary role of cadres and soldiers; promoting the role of the armed forces in participating in building the political system at the grassroots level, developing the economy, culture, society, national defense and security; closely following the locality, grasping the situation, thoughts and legitimate aspirations of the people.
