Hanoi builds 5 schools in Duong Noi new urban area

The Hanoi People's Committee has just issued a decision on adjusting and supplementing the 2024 Land Use Plan of Ha Dong district.

Accordingly, the Hanoi People's Committee decided to adjust and supplement the 2024 Land Use Plan of Ha Dong District approved by the Hanoi People's Committee in Decision No. 448/QD-UBND dated January 23, 2024 (adjusted and supplemented in Decision No. 2019/QD-UBND dated April 16, 2024) as follows: Supplementing the list of 6 projects with a total area of ​​4,323 hectares.

The 6 projects are: Duong Noi New Urban Area, 0.38 ha wide; Construction of a kindergarten on plot MG-02, 0.163 ha wide in Duong Noi New Urban Area;

Building a kindergarten on the land plot marked MG-03, 0.135ha wide, in Duong Noi New Urban Area; Building a primary school on the land plot marked TH-02, 0.782ha wide, in Duong Noi New Urban Area;

Constructing a primary school on the land plot marked TH-03, 1.069 hectares wide, in Duong Noi New Urban Area; Constructing a primary - secondary school on the land plot marked TH-04, 1.804 hectares wide, in Duong Noi New Urban Area.

The investor of the above 6 projects is Nam Cuong Hanoi Group Joint Stock Company.

The legal basis of the 5 school projects is: Decision No. 126/QD-UBND dated January 18, 2008 of the People's Committee of Ha Tay province (formerly) on land recovery and land allocation to Nam Cuong Trading and Tourism Company Limited (now Nam Cuong Hanoi Group Joint Stock Company) to implement the investment project to build Duong Noi New Urban Area (phase 1);

The project was approved for investment by the Hanoi People's Committee in Decision No. 3792/QD-UBND dated June 23, 2017, and adjusted the investment policy in Decisions No. 2771/QD-UBND dated May 27, 2019, No. 1183/QD-UBND dated April 6, 2022 and No. 2951/QD-UBND dated June 6, 2024; Project implementation progress in the fourth quarter of 2026...

Other contents stated in Decision No. 448/QD-UBND dated January 23, 2024 and No. 2019/QD-UBND dated April 16, 2024 of the Hanoi People's Committee remain valid.
