Speaking at the meeting, Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee Tran Sy Thanh emphasized the important role of infrastructure projects in promoting urban development, improving the quality of life and connecting inner-city traffic. He expressed special interest in projects such as the Tu Lien bridge route, and emphasized the goal of completing the project on schedule. "This is one of the particularly important routes, having a great impact on the movement in the inner city area. We will need to make efforts to ensure progress and urge the project to achieve the highest efficiency," said the Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee.
On the Chinese side, led by Mr. Nghiem Giai Hoa, founder of Pacific Construction Group, highly appreciated the cooperation and support from Hanoi in the process of surveying and researching potential projects. He shared that the delegation had the opportunity to survey Hai Phong and draw many lessons on the synchronous efficiency in infrastructure construction. He also emphasized the Pacific Group's commitment to ensuring ecology, improving the quality of life for people, and closely cooperating with Hanoi so that the projects are suitable for practical use.
