ANTD.VN - The Hanoi People's Committee has just issued Official Dispatch No. 4129/UBND-KTTH directing units to strengthen inspection and supervision of the implementation of regulations on electronic invoices for each sale of gasoline and oil business and retail activities.
Specifically, the City People's Committee requested the City Tax Department to continue to implement solutions to propagate and support taxpayers, stores, petroleum businesses, people and businesses on legal regulations on invoices, documents and benefits of issuing and using electronic invoices (E-invoices) for each sale in Decree No. 123/2020/ND-CP of the Government and forms of sanctions for violations of regulations on invoicing when selling goods to improve the effectiveness of state management in tax administration;
Guide, support and urge retail petrol and oil stores that are using POS/tablet solutions to issue electronic invoices for each sale to switch to applying automatic connection solutions to ensure that 100% of petrol and oil retail businesses in the city issue electronic invoices for each sale using automatic connection solutions;
Strengthen inspection of the issuance and use of invoices for the sale of petroleum, etc., promptly detect signs of risks in the management and use of invoices; effectively implement tax management and report results periodically every month;
Take the lead in inspecting the implementation of regulations on electronic invoices for each sale of petroleum retail businesses in Hanoi and coordinate with departments, branches and sectors according to their functions and authority to strictly handle violations and non-compliance with regulations on electronic invoices connecting with tax authorities through digital transformation for petroleum retail activities in the locality;
The inspection organization ensures the collection of sufficient tax amounts as prescribed, and handles illegal trading and tax fraud as prescribed and authorized.
The City People's Committee also assigned the Department of Industry and Trade to preside over the implementation of inspection and strict supervision of compliance with regulations on petroleum business conditions for petroleum business units in the area, coordinate with tax authorities to inspect the implementation of regulations on electronic invoices for petroleum business and retail activities; promptly detect and coordinate to strictly handle violations according to authority when violations occur;
The Department of Science and Technology coordinates with the tax authority and the Department of Information and Communications to guide, urge, support and facilitate petroleum businesses in the area to convert to applying automatic data connection solutions to issue electronic invoices for each sale, minimizing human impact and contributing to preventing fraud in petroleum retail business activities;
The City Police continue to direct the police agencies of districts, towns and cities to closely coordinate with tax authorities at all levels and relevant units to verify and clarify violations of tax laws and e-invoices, and conditions for petroleum business; coordinate with tax authorities to investigate and strictly and promptly handle tax fraud with criminal signs in accordance with legal regulations and within their authority.
