(Dan Tri) - Hanoi People's Committee assigned more than 3 hectares in Tam Hung commune to Thanh Oai district to build technical infrastructure to auction land use rights.
Vice Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee Nguyen Trong Dong has just signed Decision 6253/2024 on handing over 30,444.7m2 of land in Tam Hung commune, Thanh Oai district to Thanh Oai district People's Committee to implement the project of building technical infrastructure for auctioning land use rights in Cung Trong area, Dai Dinh village, Tam Hung commune.
Accordingly, this land area is agricultural land of households, individuals and land managed by the People's Committee of Tam Hung commune, confirmed by the People's Committee of Thanh Oai district to have completed site clearance work according to Document No. 331/2024 dated July 2. The location and boundaries of the land area are limited by markers from M1 to M13, M1 is determined in the Land Use Planning Map QH-02 at a scale of 1/500.

More specifically, 9,918.6 square meters of residential land in plots with symbols LK1, LK2, LK3, LK4 are assigned for management and auction of land use rights. Thanh Oai District People's Committee is assigned land without collecting land use fees.
For the "auction winner" of land use rights, the State allocates land with land use fees collected. The land use term is according to the investment project implementation term. The buyer of a house attached to the land use right is entitled to stable, long-term use.

Hanoi People's Committee assigned Thanh Oai District People's Committee to be responsible for investing in the construction of technical infrastructure in sync with the general technical infrastructure of the area according to the approved planning.
Thanh Oai District Land Fund Development Center is assigned to contact the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to receive land handover on the field. At the same time, Thanh Oai District People's Committee is responsible for preparing a land use rights auction plan to submit to competent authorities for approval and organize the land use rights auction in accordance with the prescribed procedures.
Within 12 consecutive months from the date of receiving land handover on site, Thanh Oai District People's Committee must put the land into use. In case the land is not put into use or the land use progress is 24 months behind the progress recorded in the investment project from the date of receiving land handover on site, Thanh Oai District People's Committee shall be granted a 24-month extension of land use.
After the extended period, if the Thanh Oai District People's Committee has not put the land into use or has not used the land in accordance with the content of the Decision, the Hanoi City People's Committee will reclaim the land without compensation for the land, assets attached to the land and remaining investment costs on the land.
