Hanoi allocates land to build infrastructure for auction area in Soc Son district

Accordingly, the Hanoi People's Committee assigned the Soc Son District People's Committee 6,212 m2 of land in Thanh Xuan commune to implement the project of building technical infrastructure for the land to auction land use rights.

The location, boundary, and area of ​​the land are determined in the adjusted Master Plan Map at a scale of 1/500 established by Tam Viet Cultural Construction Design and Construction Consulting Co., Ltd. in 2018, approved by the People's Committee of Soc Son district; The coordinate map of the boundary marker was handed over by the Department of Natural Resources and Environment (formerly) on June 20, 2019.

In the total area of ​​6,212 m2 of land, there are 563 m2 of land for green trees and sports and 5,649 m2 of land for roads and parking lots (not for business purposes).

Form of land allocation: The State allocates land without collecting land use fees. The People's Committee of Soc Son district is responsible for investing in the construction of synchronous technical infrastructure and common technical infrastructure of the area according to approved planning and regulations of law.

The Hanoi People's Committee assigned the Department of Agriculture and Environment to be responsible for determining the boundary and handing over the land on the field. The Soc Son District People's Committee is responsible for the origin, land use, site clearance, and ensuring compliance with current regulations on construction investment project management.
