Among the four specialized high schools with specialized classes, Hanoi - Amsterdam has the highest 10th grade benchmark score, including Chinese 43.3/50.
At noon on July 1, the Hanoi Department of Education and Training announced the admission scores for specialized 10th grade classes. The admission score is the sum of the three general exams in Math, Literature and Foreign Language, plus the specialized subject score multiplied by two, maximum 50. Candidates registering for a specialized class will take the exam in that specialized subject, except for the IT specialized class, which takes the Math exam.
Hanoi - Amsterdam High School for the Gifted has a benchmark score of 40 or higher for most of its specialized classes. Of which, the Chinese class has a benchmark score of 43.3 points, the same as last year, with an average of 8.66 points per subject. This is the highest benchmark score this year. The two classes with benchmark scores below 40 at Ams are Informatics - 39.75 and Chemistry - 37.95.
