In the early match of round 3, Hanoi faced an opponent who was not in good form, Vietnam Minerals and Coal (Than KSVN). As expected, the capital team controlled the game better and put pressure on the opponent after the opening whistle. Minute 18. Mai Thi Anh Dao accurately scored to open the score for Hanoi. This goal helped Hanoi play more sublimely.
Eight minutes later, it was Nguyen Thi Thom's turn to score, widening the gap to 2 goals for coach Dao Thi Mien and her team. The safe distance and an advantageous situation made Hanoi adjust their playing style. In the second half, Anh Dao and her teammates no longer maintained too much pressure and they were satisfied with the 2-0 victory over Than KSVN.

Son La has only had 2 draws after the first 2 rounds. Coach Luong Van Chuyen and his team played with great effort against their opponent TP.HCM. However, the first half passed without any goals being scored. Both teams played solidly and rarely gave their opponents a chance to shoot dangerously. In the second half, the scenario was repeated when the defenses of Son La and TP.HCM both played with concentration. The match ended in a 0-0 draw.
The final match of round 3 saw the clash between Phong Phu Ha Nam and Thai Nguyen T&T. The home team proved to be superior as they had a squad consisting of many U20 Vietnam women's players. In the 17th minute, Tran Anh Ngoc attacked and quickly scored the opening goal for Phong Phu Ha Nam.
In the 39th minute, Vu Thi Hoa appeared at the right time and scored to increase the score to 2-0. In the second half, Phong Phu Ha Nam played impressively but only had 1 more goal thanks to Ta Thi Thuy. The 3-0 victory was enough for the young girls of Phong Phu Ha Nam to maintain the top position after 3 rounds of the tournament.
