With the characteristic of being an optimal vehicle line for transportation service business, VinFast Green will be exclusively distributed via GSM channel in the first phase, to ensure the best support for business partners and driver partners. Accordingly, if customers deposit to buy a car early from March 17 to March 24, 2025 via GSM, they will receive a discount of 5 million VND for Minio Green model; 10 million VND for Herio Green and Nerio Green; 15 million VND for Limo Green.
In particular, for individual drivers who buy Green cars to participate in business on the Xanh SM Platform in 2025, GSM will apply a revenue sharing policy of up to 90% fixed for 3 years - an unprecedented attractive policy in the Vietnamese technology ride-hailing market. Partners who are operating other car models on the Xanh SM Platform will also have their current preferential period extended by 6 months. Meanwhile, customers who have registered to buy cars via GSM but have not received their cars can choose the policy at the time of purchase or when receiving the car.
According to calculations, with the price of the car including battery of 269 million VND and the preferential battery charging policy lasting until the end of June 2027, the owner of the Minio Green car operating on the Xanh SM Platform only needs to generate an average revenue of 700,000 VND/day to be able to recover the investment capital to buy the car in just over 15 months. Similarly, the payback period for Herio Green (price of 499 million VND), Nerio Green (668 million VND) and Limo Green (749 million VND) is only 23 months, 26 months and 27 months respectively, assuming the average revenue from Xanh SM Platform is from 1 million VND/day.
Of the four models that will officially go on sale on March 17, 2025, Minio Green and Limo Green are two completely new products. Meanwhile, Herio Green and Nerio Green are models that have been modified from VinFast VF 5 and VF e34 to suit the purpose of service business and optimize investment efficiency according to actual usage needs.
Minio Green has a compact design with dimensions of length x width x height of 3,090 x 1,496 x 1,625 (mm), wheelbase of 2,065 mm, enough space for 4 people and suitable for urban operating conditions. The vehicle is equipped with an electric motor with a maximum capacity of 20 kW, maximum torque of 65 Nm, maximum speed of 80 km/h. The lithium-ion battery with an available capacity of 15.2 kWh can travel up to 170 km after each full charge (according to NEDC standards).
Limo Green is VinFast's first 7-seat multi-purpose MPV model. The car has an overall size of 4,740 x 1,872 x 1,728 (mm), a wheelbase of 2,840 mm, providing spacious interior space for 7 people. Limo Green is equipped with an LFP battery pack that can travel up to 450 km after each full charge. Limo Green's charging time from 10% to 70% is 30 minutes, helping to optimize the car's performance, suitable for long trips.
GSM will officially accept deposits for Minio Green, Herio Green, Nerio Green and Limo Green from 00:00 on March 17, 2025 to March 24, 2025. Customers and partners can order cars directly on the Xanh SM application or via the website: https://platform.xanhsm.com/ and hotline number 1900 2293. The deposit fees are 7 million VND/car for Minio Green, 10 million VND/car for Herio and Nerio Green, 15 million VND/car for Limo Green, all of which are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and only transferable. The expected delivery time for the two models Herio Green and Nerio Green is April 2025, while Minio Green and Limo Green are expected to be delivered in August 2025.
In addition to distributing and selling cars to partners and customers in need, GSM will also add 4 VinFast Green models to its taxi fleet and re-plan the corresponding service types. Accordingly, Xanh SM Eco is an economical travel service with Minio Green cars. Xanh SM Car is a basic taxi service with VF 5 models. and Herio Green.
