On November 28, after 3 days of activities at the Furama - Ariyana tourist complex (Da Nang City), the Asia - Pacific Onboard Tourism Forum (APOT Asia) 2023 concluded with the international culinary competition Culinary Challenge "Catrion Jet Setters Platte".
The overall first prize went to chef Doi Thi Ngoc Diep (professional baking lecturer, CHM International Academy).
Chef Vo Quoc Viet (Menas Company) was awarded 2 prizes: first prize for appetizer - "An Giang grapefruit salad with ocean squid" and "Best chef in the kitchen" prize.

The international chef competition "Catrion Jet Setters Platte" attracted many talented and famous chefs from countries in the Asian region, judged by 10 judges. The head of the jury is Mr. Thomas Gugler, President of the World Chefs Association. "This is an interesting and inspiring chef competition when chefs gather and exchange and share culinary experiences," Mr. Thomas Gugler commented.

Mr. Gentzsch Andre Piere, General Director of the Furama – Ariyana Danang Tourism Complex, also expected: "World-famous chefs will gather at the APOT Asia 2023 event in Danang City with many activities attracting the attention of the local and international community. Through this event, we hope to contribute to making the Danang brand a bright spot on the world culinary tourism map".
