The tomb-abandoning ceremony is the largest, most prominent and most attended traditional festival of the Gia Rai people. The grave-leaving ceremony contains a colorful folk cultural treasure, where all concepts of the universe, of gods, of philosophies of life are clearly expressed and carry great humanistic values. This is the theme of the 10th Da Lat Flower Festival in 2024, which will be organized by the Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee in December. According to information from the Organizing Committee, at this year's Da Lat Flower Festival, there will be many unique and impressive programs. The Cham people have a treasure trove of valuable cultural heritage, including Ariya singing. However, over time, the Cham scripts preserving Ariya and Ariya singing artists are at risk of disappearing. This raises the question of what solutions are available to preserve and promote the Ariya values of the Cham people in Binh Thuan. Therefore, along with close supervision in leadership and direction, the province has focused on supervision and ensuring democracy at the grassroots level, thereby contributing to improving the effectiveness of works and projects under the National Target Program 1719. In recent years, with resources from the National Target Program on Socio-Economic Development in Ethnic Minorities and Mountainous Areas for the 2021-2030 period (National Target Program 1719), the appearance of ethnic minority and mountainous areas in A Luoi district, Thua Thien Hue province has made significant progress. Electricity, roads, schools, stations, and livelihood models have been given attention, invested in, and supported, and are becoming important driving forces for A Luoi to rise up. Housing is one of the three most basic, essential, and core needs of each person, especially poor households in ethnic minority and mountainous areas. With good roads, children in the hamlet also rarely drop out of school. In my role, I always encourage villagers to carry out emulation movements well, as well as join hands with the State to carry out the National Target Program 1719 well so that the hamlet becomes more prosperous and prosperous.
