Assigning the task of implementing the Adjustment of the General Planning of Hanoi Capital

Kinhtedothi - On January 6, the Hanoi People's Committee issued Document No. 25/UBND-DT implementing Decision No. 1668/QD-TTg dated December 27, 2024 of the Prime Minister approving the Adjustment of the General Planning of Hanoi Capital to 2045, with a vision to 2065.

Implementing Decision No. 1668/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister approving the Adjustment of the Master Plan of Hanoi Capital to 2045, with a vision to 2065, the Hanoi People's Committee assigned the Hanoi Department of Planning and Architecture to preside over and coordinate with the Hanoi Institute of Construction Planning and related units to implement the Prime Minister's instructions in Decision No. 1668/QD-TTg.

Units urgently coordinate to develop implementation plans, confirm planning, announce planning and provide guidance and information to units, organizations and individuals according to the provisions of law.

The Hanoi Department of Planning and Architecture urgently proposes a list of studies to establish and adjust general plans, zoning plans (urban and construction), and specialized plans according to regulations to concretize the project to adjust the Capital's General Planning and develop an implementation plan; advise and report to the Hanoi People's Committee before January 10.

The Hanoi People's Committee assigns departments, branches and sectors, on the basis of Decision No. 1668/QD-TTg, to organize research and implement related contents according to their functions, tasks and authority; advise, report and propose to the City People's Committee the tasks that need to be performed, especially major and urgent contents, serving people's lives and socio-economic development.
