50% reduction in collection of 3 fees and charges in the construction sector

DNO - The Department of Construction of Da Nang City has just issued Official Dispatch No. 4836/SXD-VP dated July 4, 2024 on reducing the collection of some fees and charges in the construction sector to continue to remove difficulties and support production and business activities.

Accordingly, based on Circular No. 43/2024/TT-BTC dated June 28, 2024 of the Minister of Finance on the regulations on collection rates of a number of fees and charges to continue to remove difficulties and support production and business activities, from July 1, 2024 to the end of December 2024, the collection rates of 3 fees and charges in the construction sector will be reduced by 50%.

Specifically, the fee for granting certificates of construction capacity to organizations and construction practice certificates to individuals is 50% of the collection rate as prescribed in Clause 1, Article 4 of Circular No. 38/2022/TT-BTC of the Ministry of Finance.

Technical design appraisal fee (construction design appraisal fee implemented after basic design), construction estimate appraisal fee is still 50% of the fee collection level according to Circular No. 27/2023/TT-BTC of the Ministry of Finance.

Construction investment project appraisal fee is 50% of the fee collection rate as prescribed in Circular No. 28/2023/TT-BTC of the Ministry of Finance.

From January 1, 2025 onwards, the collection of the above fees and charges shall be implemented according to the provisions of Circular No. 38/2022/TT-BTC, Circular No. 27/2023/TT-BTC, Circular No. 28/2023/TT-BTC, Circular No. 63/2023/TT-BTC of the Ministry of Finance and the amended, supplemented or replaced circulars (if any).
