In addition, according to II Research's rankings this year, Gamuda Bhd is one of the most honored businesses in the rankings out of a total of 1,078 companies.
Also in the field of construction and infrastructure development, Mr. Datuk Lin Yun Ling - CEO of Gamuda and Mr. Clarence Boudville - General Director of the group were voted as the best CEO and investor relations expert. In addition to the above two categories, Gamuda was also honored in the categories of financial expert, ESG sustainable development, international relations expert, etc.
Gamuda Group has nearly 50 years of history in the field of construction and infrastructure development.
This year's II Research rankings feature leading brands in the following sectors: automation (Hyundai Motor, Kia Corp), insurance (AIA, Fubon), Internet (Gojek, Grab), hardware manufacturing (Samsung, Delta). This year, Vietnam has one representative, FPT Corp, ranked in the technology and software services category.
The honor from II Research with the evaluation of thousands of leading managers and experts in this prestigious ranking list once again affirms Gamuda's position and growth momentum in the Asia-Pacific market as well as its ability to go further in the global market.
The group's representative said: "This recognition affirms Gamuda's management ability, strong financial potential and investment strategy through a series of projects in Australia, Taiwan (China), Vietnam, Singapore, the United Kingdom and Malaysia. The group will strive to maintain its five-decade growth momentum through innovation, strategic acumen, human resources and the ability to confront and adapt."
According to Gamuda's 2023 annual report, the real estate segment is contributing significantly to revenue and profit despite challenges from inflation and rising interest rates. In the group's real estate sector, after Malaysia, Vietnam is the second largest market, accounting for 76% of the international market share thanks to the success of high-end projects in the most vibrant cities in Vietnam such as Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.

Realizing the commitment to stick with and accompany the real estate market and the Vietnamese economy, and after the successes achieved, Gamuda Land representative said that they are focusing on developing projects, expanding land funds and diversifying product portfolio.
In the context of a shortage of housing supply in big cities, two projects launched by Gamuda Land Vietnam in 2024 are attracting high attention from investors and home buyers: the Eaton Park luxury apartment project in Thu Duc city and the low-rise residential area The Meadow in Binh Chanh district, the western gateway of Ho Chi Minh City.
Established in 1995, Gamuda Land is part of the Malaysian construction, engineering and infrastructure development group Gamuda Berhad. Over the past three decades, Gamuda Land has gained experience in creating modern urban areas and civilized, sustainable communities in Malaysia, Australia, UK, Singapore and Vietnam.
Entering the Vietnamese market in 2007, Gamuda Land Vietnam is considered to have made its mark by developing two model green urban areas, Gamuda City (in Hoang Mai district, Hanoi) and Celadon City (in Tan Phu district, Ho Chi Minh City). To date, Gamuda Land has increased the total number of projects in Vietnam to 7. Gamuda Land's projects are located in prime locations in major cities with long-term growth potential in the future.
