As one of the leading retail pharmacy chains in the S-shaped strip of land, FPT Long Chau has been familiar to the majority of Vietnamese users for over 4 years. In addition to being a genuine drug and vaccination point, the unit is also considered by many customers as a "qualifying health check-up point", with pharmacists considered as "family doctors", helping to diagnose and classify patients from the first threshold.
Green Pharmacy - the core of "great aspiration"

This point helps differentiate FPT Long Chau from other competitors, in addition to competitive prices. Ms. Nguyen Bach Diep affirmed that the strategy of supporting consultation, providing information and genuine products to people will always be the main goal of the enterprise in the future.
Looking back at the period affected by the pandemic, many units encountered difficulties, but FPT Long Chau still maintained sustainable operations, even recording growth. Specifically, in the first 6 months of 2021, the revenue of the pharmacy system reached 1,336 billion VND, an increase of 180% over the same period last year. On average, each store achieved revenue of 27 million VND per day.
By 2022, the chain had reached 1,000 pharmacies with 5 million customers shopping each month. The online platform also recorded more than 2.5 million purchases each month. The FPT Long Chau Pharmacy application attracted 2 million users after only one year of launch.
After 4 years of operation, this pharmaceutical retail chain has covered all 63 provinces and cities nationwide. The company aims to reach 2,000 stores by 2024. This is considered an important piece, contributing to the big picture of the aspiration that the unit is pursuing. At the same time, consolidating its position as the leading drug supply chain, vaccination and patient support in Vietnam is also the unit's destination in the near future.
To date, the entire system has recorded tens of millions of customers with a repurchase rate of up to 70%. These are all customers who consider the "blue pharmacy" a familiar destination whenever they have health problems that require timely solutions.
Now, in addition to providing genuine medicines at prices committed to maximum savings, FPT Long Chau is also a reputable vaccination site with major brands and partners worldwide.
