On March 10, the series of victories named Flamingo began with the title of Vietnam's Leading Real Estate Developer 2023 within the framework of the Reatimes VN Awards 2022 - 2023 real estate awards ceremony organized by the Vietnam Real Estate Research Institute (VIRES).
On April 25, Flamingo was honored to win 3/4 major categories at the 2023 National Architecture Awards. Two months later, the Flamingo Golden Hill project won the Urban Area Project of the Year 2023 category at the Real Estate Asia Awards 2023 on June 15.

On September 22, Flamingo Heritage Tan Trao City project was honored as the Most Livable Project in 2023 by the Department of Housing and Real Estate Market Management in collaboration with Business Forum Magazine and prestigious associations and businesses in the real estate sector.
In October, the investor Flamingo Holdings was named at the Vietnam Strong Brand Awards 2023 in the category "Strong Brand - Green Growth 2023" organized by Vietnam Economic Magazine (VnEconomy).

In 2014, Flamingo Dai Lai Resort complex received the title of Top 10 most beautiful resorts in the world voted by Design Boom Architecture Magazine. In the same year, Bamboo Wings and Flamingo Convention Center won the Gold Medal for the Hotel & Resort Category of the ARCASIA Awards 2014.

In 2019, the FITS project won the Best Green Building and Most Livable Project categories voted by Realtimes.vn magazine, becoming a symbol of Flamingo's sustainable green architecture.
Also in 2019, Flamingo Dai Lai Resorts received the award for Asia's Most Expensive Wedding Paradise thanks to its 25 luxurious wedding venues in the middle of nature that are not available anywhere else.

In 2018, the “project in the middle of the ocean” Flamingo Cat Ba won the category of the most beautiful landscape architecture design in Southeast Asia at DOT Property, the most unique high-rise commercial real estate project at the IPA International Real Estate Awards - Asia Pacific region 2019.
