On December 10, according to information from Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Tan Tuan signed a decision approving the Construction Zoning Plan (scale 1/2000) of Doc Da Trang Industrial Park.
According to the above decision, Doc Da Trang Industrial Park has an area of over 287 hectares. Of which, Van Hung commune (Van Ninh district) is about 242 hectares; Ninh Tho commune (Ninh Hoa town).
According to the planning project, Doc Da Trang Industrial Park has nearly 204 hectares of industrial production land and warehouses with a maximum construction density of 70% and a maximum height of 5 floors. The service area is over 4.2 hectares, including commercial, medical, sports facilities, worker accommodation, product display areas, parks, etc.
Regarding orientation, principles of space organization, and landscape architecture, Doc Da Trang Industrial Park organizes main roads as traffic routes and landscape axes connecting functional areas with external traffic systems outside the industrial park, such as National Highway 1 and the Eastern coastal road.
Internal roads are arranged parallel and perpendicular to main roads, ensuring maximum exploitation of space in the planning area, creating square plots of land for building factories and warehouses, adjacent to traffic routes.
The service area and public utilities are arranged in 4 locations, including the western service area adjacent to National Highway 1, distributed on both sides of the main east-west road; the northwest service area adjacent to National Highway 1 and the northern planned road; the eastern service area adjacent to the coastal road, arranging accommodation services and public utilities for experts and workers in the industrial park and the southern service area.
Doc Da Trang Industrial Park is invested by Viglacera Yen My Industrial Park Development Joint Stock Company, with an operating period of 50 years, expected to attract about 16,000 workers. According to the decision approving the investment policy, the total investment capital of the project is about 1,800 billion VND.
Regarding the above project, on November 14, the People's Committee of Ninh Hoa town issued a decision approving specific land prices to calculate compensation when the State reclaims land to implement the project of investing in construction and business of infrastructure of Doc Da Trang Industrial Park. According to the above decision, the highest compensation price is about 273,324 VND/m2 and the lowest is about 52,443 VND/m2.
