Duy Xuyen organizes a forum to support businesses in digital transformation and intellectual property

Mr. Dang Huu Phuc - Vice Chairman of Duy Xuyen District People's Committee said that in the district, there are currently more than 700 enterprises operating with more than 10,000 employees, of which small and medium enterprises account for more than 85%.

In recent times, promoting digital transformation, improving the business investment environment, and enhancing competitiveness based on intellectual property has always been identified by Duy Xuyen district as a key, regular, and continuous task. In particular, small and medium-sized enterprises have boldly innovated, increased the use of high technology and clean technology in production and business.

At the forum, representatives of enterprises, business households, and production establishments raised many opinions, difficulties, and problems in the process, time, and procedures for registering trademarks, and the time limit for recognizing intellectual property for products. Representatives of the Department of Intellectual Property (Ministry of Science and Technology) and leaders of Duy Xuyen district answered and shared the difficulties and problems of enterprises.

The forum is also an opportunity to help businesses access current digital transformation solutions; raise awareness and capacity on intellectual property; apply science and technological innovation, increase value and connect consumption of OCOP products, key products in the area.
