Doctor Hoang Khanh Toan, former head of the Department of Traditional Medicine, 108 Central Military Hospital, said that sugarcane juice (soybean juice) has a very long history, not only used to quench thirst and cool the body, but also to treat many diseases.

In addition, there are organic acids and many types of enzymes. In cane sugar there is sucrose (accounting for 70 - 88% of soluble solids in cane juice), glucose and fructose.

According to Dr. Dinh Minh Tri - University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Ho Chi Minh City, the main ingredients in sugarcane juice are mainly calcium, sucrose, zinc, chromium, vitamins (A, B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, C), antioxidants, phytonutrients, soluble fiber and other essential proteins...

Therefore, patients with impaired liver function should drink sugarcane juice regularly to improve hepatitis and regulate skin pigmentation.

People who are on a diet or want to lose weight should drink sugarcane juice in moderation because it is high in energy. If you drink too much, it will lead to obesity because the body has excess energy.

Pregnant women should also not drink too much sugarcane juice, which can easily cause infection or gestational diabetes.

Sugarcane juice should not be left for too long or stored in unsuitable conditions, as it can easily create a favorable environment for pathogenic microorganisms to grow, which can lead to infection and poisoning.
