Statistics from the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Quang Nam provided at the Quang Nam Tourism Business Conference 2024 held on December 20 showed that relevant entities of the local tourism industry have been honored 66 times in polls, awards..., including many prestigious and prestigious honors.
The most honored destination is still Hoi An Ancient Town. According to preliminary statistics, this year, Hoi An has been internationally honored about 25 times in the field of tourism, scattered from the beginning of the year to the end of the year.
Among them, the most notable and valuable honors include: Hoi An in the top 25 most attractive destinations in the world in 2024 according to Tripadvisor; Hoi An in the list of 25 most favorite cities in the world according to Travel & Leisure; Hoi An ranked first in the 10 safest destinations for solo travelers in the world according to Travel off Path; Hoi An in the top 100 best cities in the world to explore on foot according to Guruwalk; Hoi An is the leading cultural urban destination in Asia in 2024 according to the World Travel Awards...
In addition, 3 destinations in Hoi An City were also honored, including: An Bang Beach in the top 10 most beautiful beaches in Asia (according to Tripadvisor); Tran Phu Street (Hoi An) in the top 71 most beautiful streets in the world (according to Architectural Digest) and especially Tra Que Vegetable Village was honored by the United Nations Tourism Organization (UN Tourism) as "Best Tourist Village 2024".
Mr. Nguyen Van Lanh - Vice Chairman of Hoi An City People's Committee said that continuing to receive many honors from international organizations shows that the "soft power" of Hoi An tourism is very large, these honors will help the city attract more visitors to Hoi An.
This year, the accommodation system in the province also left many impressions when it "harvested" about 30 honors to continue spreading its brand internationally.

These are all high-class accommodations and resorts that have affirmed their brands with international tourists.
2024 also recorded a number of experiences; crafts; restaurants - cuisines were "named" in the polls or recognized as national heritage. This shows that the cultural and natural values of Quang Nam are very rich, contributing to creating impressive tourism products to conquer visitors.
On the management side, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Quang Nam was honored by the World Travel Awards as Asia's Leading Local Tourism Management Agency 2024.
Recently, Quang Nam has been honored as the most attractive and impressive domestic destination, thanks to effective tourism promotion programs and activities.
According to Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hong - Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Quang Nam, being honored at prestigious international awards shows that Quang Nam tourism in general and many destinations and tourism products in particular in the province have established brands in the international arena. This also contributes to building the brand "Quang Nam - Green tourism destination" to continue developing tourism products in a green and sustainable direction.
