Inspired by the images and stories of the Heritage House at 87 Ma May, “Stories of Streets” recreates the space and daily life of a middle-class Hanoi family in the 1930s of the last century, and is played by artists who transform into characters through dramatization, traditional singing and dancing performances, combined with sound, lighting and other supporting technical means, to create emotions and bring the audience back to the past.

Experiencing the program, the audience can fully experience all senses, from the scent of medicinal herbs, watching a scene about a family working in medicine to save people, enjoying lotus tea...
Sharing at the program, Director of Femor Company Nguyen Quoc Tinh, the program's production unit, said that the audience will have about an hour to experience the program, of which the show "Street Stories" alone is 36 minutes long.
“Originating from the history of the house at 87 Ma May, which used to belong to a family of medicine practitioners, we wanted to stage a story about a family with a tradition of medicine practice in the old town, using many artistic elements such as physical drama, pantomime... The roles are played by artists from the Youth Theater” - Mr. Nguyen Quoc Tinh shared.
According to the Deputy Head of the Management Board of Hoan Kiem Lake and Hanoi Old Quarter, the live show "Stories of Streets" is part of the project to build a series of performance activities in Hanoi's Old Quarter, aiming to preserve and promote the heritage values of the Old Quarter, contributing to the implementation of cultural industry, increasing the attraction of tourism in the capital.
