Studying in Korea is easy with Korean Language Center in Ho Chi Minh City

From July 3, 2023, the Korean Language Center in Ho Chi Minh City - an agency under the Korean Ministry of Education, will implement a free study abroad consulting program for Vietnamese people preparing to study in Korea.

Candidates who come for consultation can receive information in both Vietnamese and Korean about admission procedures and scholarship programs of the university they wish to study at from consultants with experience studying abroad in Korea. In addition, the Korean Language Center in Ho Chi Minh City also supports consultation via phone, zalo or email for candidates who cannot come directly to the Center for consultation.

The entire consulting process will be conducted 1:1, and the information of the consulting candidate will be kept confidential by the Center and will not be disclosed to the outside without the consent of the owner.

1:1 study abroad consulting.

In the near future, the Korean Language Center in Ho Chi Minh City plans to sign cooperation agreements with Korean universities to support Vietnamese students. In August, the Center will cooperate with Chungnam National University and recommend international students directly selected by the Center Director to award scholarships and living expenses based on the candidates' academic achievements.

In addition, on August 27, the Korean Language Center in Ho Chi Minh City, together with Wonkwang Medical University, will organize a study abroad consultation session at the Center's hall and organize a Korean Study Abroad Seminar with the participation of many Korean universities on September 16 and 17, 2023.

In addition, the Center plans to open a free TOPIK exam preparation class to support improving Korean language proficiency for those planning to study abroad in Korea.
