In the Northeast, there will be light rain, drizzle and scattered fog at night and in the morning. It will be cold at night and in the early morning. From the night of March 4, there will be scattered rain and light rain.

North Central region has light rain in some places, early morning fog and light fog, sunny afternoon. Cold at night.

Other areas have rain at night, sunny during the day, except for the Central Highlands and the South where there are hot spots.

In particular, the forecast for the cold air mass that is about to arrive from March 5th, the meteorological agency said, there may be severe cold in the northern mountainous areas. The plains will also feel the cold air clearly.

In addition, currently, the tide level in the eastern coast of the South is high. The highest water level observed at Vung Tau station was 408cm at 3:30 a.m. on March 3.

The Meteorological Agency forecasts that on March 4, high tides will appear along the coast of the provinces from Vung Tau to Ca Mau. The high water level at Vung Tau station is from 400 - 410cm. Low-lying areas and areas outside the dike are at risk of flooding due to high tides in the late afternoon and at night.
