Weather highlights on October 21, 2024
From the morning of October 21 to October 22, Thanh Hoa to Quang Ngai will have moderate rain, heavy rain and scattered thunderstorms, locally very heavy rain with rainfall from 40-90mm, some places over 150mm. Risk of local heavy rain (over 100mm/6 hours).
On October 21, the highest temperature in the North decreased slightly, with scattered showers and thunderstorms. In the East, there were scattered showers and thunderstorms, with some places experiencing heavy rain.
