The National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting issued a monthly climate bulletin (March 11 - April 10) and a 10-day weather forecast, from the night of March 11 to March 21, for Hanoi and the whole country.
According to forecasts, from March 11 to April 10, nationwide, the average temperature will be 1 - 1.5 degrees Celsius higher than the average of many years, the Northeast and North Central regions will be 0.5 - 1 degrees Celsius higher than the average of many years in the same period.

During this period, cold air is likely to operate with weak intensity and shift to the East, causing many days of light rain and drizzle concentrated in March 2024. Heat waves are likely to appear in the Northwest, North and Central Central regions in the second half of March and April 2024.
The South and Central Highlands continue to experience many hot days, concentrated in the southeastern provinces.
Nationwide, dangerous weather phenomena such as heat, fog, thunderstorms, tornadoes, lightning, and hail continue to appear, which can affect production and people's activities.
