The highest temperature is commonly from 28-31 degrees; the lowest temperature at night in the first 3 days is from 22-25 degrees, the following days are from 20-22 degrees.

The meteorological agency noted that in the above areas, there is a possibility of tornadoes, lightning and strong gusts of wind during thunderstorms. Heavy rain can cause flooding in low-lying areas; flash floods in small rivers and streams; and landslides on steep slopes.

More details about the cold air mass that is about to hit, the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting said that around early morning and on October 1, the cold air will begin to affect the Northeast region, then the North Central region, some places in the Northwest and the Central Central region. The wind will change to the Northeast at level 3 inland, and level 4-5 in coastal areas.

During this cold spell, the weather in the North and North Central regions will be cool; cold at night and early morning, especially in the mountainous areas of the North. The lowest temperature in the North and Thanh Hoa is generally from 19-22 degrees, in mountainous areas 17-19 degrees, in high mountainous areas below 16 degrees in some places; in Nghe An - Ha Tinh, the lowest temperature is from 20-23 degrees.
