In the South Central region, from September 20-29, there will be intermittent sunny days, scattered showers and thunderstorms in the late afternoon and evening, with locally heavy rain.

Also during this period, the Central Highlands and the South have scattered showers and thunderstorms, with some places experiencing heavy rain. Rainfall is concentrated in the afternoon and at night.

As for Hanoi weather , from September 20-22, there will still be rain, moderate rain, locally heavy rain and thunderstorms, northeast wind level 2-3; from September 23 to the end of the month, there will be no rain, sunny days. The highest temperature is from 30-33 degrees; the lowest temperature at night is from 24-27 degrees, the weather is quite cool.

The meteorological agency noted that in the above areas, there is a possibility of tornadoes, lightning and strong gusts of wind during thunderstorms. Heavy rain can cause flooding in low-lying areas; flash floods in small rivers and streams; and landslides on steep slopes.

Regarding the cold air mass predicted earlier, meteorological experts said that around the night of September 21 and 22, the cold air mass will affect the North, then expand to the Thanh Hoa - Quang Binh area on September 22 and 23.
