Experts from the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting have just made an assessment of the weather situation in the next 10 days (November 20-29).

Accordingly, the cold air will strengthen from the East and then have a stable intensity. From around November 23-24, it will weaken and gradually move to the East. Then, in the last 2-3 days, it will likely strengthen strongly.

Above, subtropical high pressure is weak; from around November 21-22, it will gradually strengthen and tend to move west.

Storm No. 9 is currently active in the North East Sea, moving mainly in the West-Southwest direction and gradually weakening into a tropical depression, then a low pressure area in the sea off the Central Central region.

On land in the coming days, in the Northern region and Thanh Hoa: sunny days, no rain at night. Cold at night and early morning; especially on November 23-25, cold at night and early morning.

Meanwhile, the weather forecast for the next 10 days is that Nghe An - Phu Yen area from November 20-21 will have scattered rain; from the night of November 21-29, there will be rain, showers, locally heavy rain and thunderstorms.

Specifically, from the night of November 21 to November 24, in the area from Thua Thien Hue to Binh Dinh, there is a possibility of moderate to heavy rain, locally very heavy rain and thunderstorms with rainfall of 100-250mm, locally over 350mm.

In addition, tonight and tomorrow (November 21), in the area from Ha Tinh to Quang Ngai, there will be rain, showers, locally heavy rain with rainfall from 20-40mm, locally over 70mm.

Other areas have showers and thunderstorms in the evening and at night, sunny during the day.
