DTO - DongA Bank Limited Liability Company (DongABank) has officially changed its name to Vikki Digital Bank Limited Liability Company (Vikki Bank) after being compulsorily transferred to HDBank according to Decision No. 42/QD-TTGSNH2 dated February 14 of the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV). Vikki Bank's head office is located at 72 Ly Thuong Kiet, Tran Hung Dao Ward, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi.
