On January 10, the People's Committee of Dong Nai province and Viet Phat Group launched a commercial center in Hiep Hoa ward, Bien Hoa city. This commercial center is built on a land frontage on Dang Van Tron street. The northwest side borders the planned road connecting to Buu Hoa bridge, the remaining sides border the planned road surrounding the project.

This center will be a comprehensive commercial and service area with an area of nearly 12 hectares. Of which, the land for building the commercial center is more than 10 hectares, and the land for building 3 surrounding roads is more than 1.5 hectares.
Three roads surrounding the commercial center are planned to be built with road widths ranging from 12-24m. After construction is completed, these roads will be handed over to the State for management and use.
The central area of the project will be built up to 8 floors high, with modern architecture, creating a highlight in the landscape of the area.
When put into operation, this place will bring together services such as food and beverage, children's play area and rental of counters, shelves and sales space.
There are also warehouses, halls and other items and implement import, export, wholesale and retail distribution of goods according to regulations.
The total investment of the project is over 6,000 billion VND. Including the estimated construction investment cost of over 3,300 billion VND and the estimated compensation, support and resettlement cost of over 2,250 billion VND.

Phase 1 construction is expected to be implemented from the first quarter of 2025 to the second quarter of 2027. Phase 2 will start from the first quarter of 2035 and be completed in the second quarter of 2038.

According to the Decision approving the investment policy of Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee, Hiep Hoa urban area project is implemented in Pho Islet, Hiep Hoa Ward, Bien Hoa, with a total area of over 293 hectares and an expected population of 31,600 people. The total investment of the project is over 72,000 billion VND. Of which, the investment in project construction is over 54,000 billion VND, the rest is compensation, support and resettlement costs.
The project aims to build a new urban area, a modern low-density service complex, in harmony with nature, and at the same time aims to develop a sustainable tourism area. The project is located in Hiep Hoa ward, Bien Hoa city (also known as Cu Lao Pho), surrounded by the Dong Nai river on all sides. The 6,000 billion VND commercial center is also located within the scope of Hiep Hoa urban area.
