On the morning of October 23, at the Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee, comrade Le Van Hieu, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation attended and presented the decision of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee on personnel work.

The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee decided to transfer comrade Tran Van Son, Deputy Chief of Office of the Provincial People's Committee to work at the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee and appointed him to the position of Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee from October 23, 2024 to October 22, 2029.

In his speech assigning tasks, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Le Van Hieu congratulated the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee on completing its apparatus and congratulated comrade Tran Van Son on being appointed to a new task.

Emphasizing the role and tasks of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee requested that comrade Tran Van Son, with many years of experience working in the inspection sector and at government agencies, continue to devote himself and train himself to perform well the assigned tasks.

Comrade Le Van Hieu also requested the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee to pay attention and support comrade Tran Van Son to continue studying, training, and completing his tasks well.

Comrade Tran Van Son seriously accepted the instructions and assigned tasks of Comrade Le Van Hieu and promised to resolutely fulfill the assigned duties and tasks, constantly train and cultivate, and work with the Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee to well perform the tasks and functions of the unit.

Comrade Tran Van Son was born in 1971 in Hai Thanh commune, Tinh Gia district (Thanh Hoa). He has a bachelor's degree in law, economics, and advanced political theory.

From August 1995 to April 1996, comrade Tran Van Son worked as an inspector at the Hai Hung Department of Construction; from May 1996, he worked at the Hai Duong Provincial Inspectorate. On July 20, 2021, he was appointed Deputy Chief Inspector of the province. In December 2022, he was appointed Deputy Chief of Office of the Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee.
