On the morning of November 1, the Hai Duong Provincial Women's Union held the 17th Executive Committee Conference to elect the position of President of the Hai Duong Provincial Women's Union for the 2021-2026 term.
At the conference, the members of the Executive Committee of the Hai Duong Provincial Women's Union elected comrade Pham Thi Thu Hien to hold the position of President of the association for the 2021-2026 term with a 100% approval rate.
Earlier, on the same morning, the Standing Committee of Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce the decision of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee on personnel work.
Comrade Tran Duc Thang, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee attended and presented the decision of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee to transfer Comrade Pham Thi Thu Hien, Deputy Director of the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs to work at the Provincial Women's Union from November 1, 2024.
Speaking at the assignment, Provincial Party Secretary Tran Duc Thang assessed that Comrade Pham Thi Thu Hien is a well-trained cadre with good working capacity; strong political qualities; good ethics and lifestyle.
Comrade Hien has 26 years of working experience, including more than 11 years in the judicial sector and nearly 15 years at the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs. She has held the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs for more than 4 years and is a member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Women's Union. In all her positions, she has always completed and excellently completed the assigned tasks.
The Provincial Party Secretary believes that with the results and experience in the working process, Comrade Pham Thi Thu Hien will soon approach the work, together with the Party Delegation, the Standing Committee, the Executive Committee of the Provincial Women's Union to lead and direct all activities of the Provincial Women's Union, actively deploy tasks so that from now until the end of the term, the Provincial Women's Union Congress will complete the set targets.
The Provincial Party Secretary requested Comrade Pham Thi Thu Hien to promptly grasp the new work, have a creative, innovative and scientific leadership and working method. Continue to promote her own intelligence and experience, constantly strive, explore, learn and improve her sense of responsibility in work; unite with the collective to build the Provincial Women's Union to develop more and more.
PVComrade Pham Thi Thu Hien was born in 1974, in Hung Dao commune, Tu Ky district (Hai Duong); professional qualifications: Bachelor of Law, Master of Business Administration; Senior Political Theory. Before holding the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs in August 2020, Comrade Pham Thi Thu Hien held the positions of Deputy Head of the Thanh Ha District Civil Judgment Enforcement Office; Deputy Chief Inspector, Chief Inspector of the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs.
