On the morning of November 28, comrade Nguyen Khac Than, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee chaired the dialogue conference with farmers in 2023.

Also attending were members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, leaders of the Provincial People's Council and People's Committee; leaders of provincial departments, branches, sectors, and organizations and 350 delegates representing more than 295,00 members and farmers in the province.
With a spirit of frankness, openness and responsibility, delegates who are members and farmers contributed 20 opinions and recommendations focusing on the following issues: difficulties in agricultural production after the pandemic; difficulties in linking production, connecting supply and demand, processing, post-harvest preservation, and consumption of agricultural products; difficulties in production, application of high technology; issues of land management, clean water, waste treatment, medical examination and treatment; mechanisms and policies for compensation and support for agricultural land recovery; difficulties in the operation of grassroots farmers' associations, and difficulties in the operation of cooperatives.
Leaders of departments and branches responded to farmers' opinions.
At the conference, the Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigned leaders of relevant departments and branches to directly answer and clarify issues, especially those related to the rights and legitimate interests of members and farmers in the process of implementing the State's policies and laws for farmers; thereby contributing to removing difficulties and obstacles for farmers to develop production, business and social security.

Speaking at the dialogue conference, the Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee acknowledged and commended the opinions and enthusiastic contributions of the delegates, members and farmers. He requested departments, branches, sectors, and People's Committees of districts and cities to continue to implement and concretize the contents discussed at the conference to promptly and effectively resolve the opinions and recommendations of members and farmers. At the same time, based on the functions and tasks of the sectors and units, proactively advise the Provincial People's Committee on solutions to effectively implement mechanisms and policies on agriculture, farmers and rural areas, meeting the needs, thoughts and legitimate aspirations of members and farmers.
He hoped that members and farmers in the province would continue to promote the spirit of solidarity, self-reliance and self-improvement; overcome difficulties, compete in good production and business to improve their living standards; boldly apply science and technology in production associated with environmental protection, and ensure food safety in production to meet market requirements. Proactively coordinate with enterprises in implementing production chains; actively accumulate and concentrate land for large-scale commodity production, donate land for public works, clear land for key projects of the province, contributing to promoting the province's socio-economic development and improving the material and spiritual life of the people. Actively participate in completing and maintaining the criteria for new rural areas, participating in building advanced new rural areas and model new rural areas; participating in preserving and promoting traditional crafts, combining traditional secrets of manual production with modern machinery and technology to create traditional products of high economic value. Raise awareness of environmental resource protection, proactively classify waste at source, actively reuse organic waste and crop by-products into raw materials and fuels for production and are environmentally friendly.
