NDO – On the morning of July 31, Quang Ngai Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce the Secretariat's Decision on personnel work.
Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee Hoang Dang Quang presented the Secretariat's Decision to comrade Nguyen Hoang Giang.
Attending the Conference were Party Central Committee members: Hoang Dang Quang, Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee; Bui Thi Quynh Van, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the People's Council of Quang Ngai province.
At the Conference, authorized by the Standing Committee of the Secretariat, Comrade Hoang Dang Quang announced and presented Decision No. 1399-QDNS/TW dated July 25, 2024 of the Secretariat on comrade Nguyen Hoang Giang's resignation from the position of Member of the Party Committee, Deputy Minister of Science and Technology to be transferred and appointed to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, holding the position of Deputy Secretary of the Quang Ngai Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.

Comrade Nguyen Hoang Giang, born on December 6, 1971, hometown Hai Phong city, is a basically trained cadre with a PhD in Economics and a senior political theory degree. He has held a number of positions: Deputy Director of Hai Phong Department of Trade; Deputy Director of Hai Phong Department of Industry and Trade; Deputy Head of the Economic Department, Office of the Party Central Committee; Head of Department, Secretary of the Central Inspection Committee; Permanent Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Thai Binh province; Member of the Party Committee, Deputy Minister of Science and Technology.
Speaking at the Conference, Comrade Hoang Dang Quang congratulated Comrade Nguyen Hoang Giang on being elected by the Secretariat as Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and introduced him to be elected as Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Ngai province for the 2021-2026 term.

He emphasized that throughout his working process, no matter what position he held, Comrade Nguyen Hoang Giang always tried to overcome difficulties and challenges to strive to complete the assigned tasks well; always showed himself to be a conscientious cadre in his work, with will, courage, determination, innovative thinking, solidarity, high responsibility, setting an example, ready to accept the tasks assigned by the Party. In agencies and units, Comrade Nguyen Hoang Giang was always assessed by competent authorities as having completed his tasks well or better, with good trends and prospects.

Speaking at the ceremony, comrade Nguyen Hoang Giang respectfully thanked the Secretariat and the Central Organizing Committee for their trust in assigning and appointing him to the position of Deputy Secretary of the Quang Ngai Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term. This is an honor for him personally but also a heavy responsibility entrusted by the Party and the province.
