In his congratulatory speech and wishes for success to the Heads of Representative Agencies, Comrade Le Hoai Trung emphasized that this is a great honor, but also a heavy responsibility that the Party, State and people trust and entrust.

Emphasizing that the 2024-2027 term takes place in a context of both challenges and opportunities, comrade Le Hoai Trung requested that the Heads of Representative Agencies, in their new positions, need to grasp and effectively implement the Party's guidelines and policies on foreign affairs and key foreign affairs tasks to consolidate and deepen relations with neighboring countries, countries in the region, major countries, important partners and traditional friends.

Comrade Le Hoai Trung also requested the Heads of Representative Agencies to focus on research and advise the Party and State on measures to promote relations in all channels and fields, closely coordinate with the Central External Relations Commission and relevant agencies in implementing Party and people's foreign affairs activities; promote foreign information and propaganda so that friends around the world can better understand the role, position and prestige of our Party and our country in the region and the world.
