Provincial Party Secretary visited and presented gifts to veteran revolutionary cadres and pre-uprising cadres in Gia Vien district.

On the occasion of the 78th anniversary of the August Revolution (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2023) and National Day September 2 (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2023), on the afternoon of August 24, comrade Doan Minh Huan, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee visited and presented gifts to veteran revolutionary cadres and pre-uprising cadres in Gia Vien district.

Also attending were representatives of the Provincial Party Committee Office, Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, and leaders of Gia Vien district.

The Provincial Party Secretary and the delegation visited: Mr. Dinh Ba Tai, born in 1930, a pre-uprising cadre, in Thong Nhat Street, Me Town; Mr. Nguyen Van Quan, born in 1922, a pre-uprising cadre, in Hamlet 10, Gia Sinh Commune; Ms. Duong Thi Tu, born in 1926, a veteran revolutionary cadre, in Hamlet 6, Gia Sinh Commune.

At the families visited, on behalf of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, the Provincial Party Secretary kindly visited, encouraged, and expressed deep gratitude to the veteran revolutionary cadres and pre-uprising cadres who had made many contributions to the cause of national liberation.

He emphasized: The Party, the State in general and Ninh Binh province in particular always care for and give the best to those who have contributed to the revolution.

The Provincial Party Secretary hopes that families will continue to promote revolutionary traditions, encourage their children and grandchildren to work, study, and contribute to the locality in building Ninh Binh to become more and more prosperous and civilized.

On this occasion, the Provincial Party Secretary respectfully presented gifts and wished the veteran revolutionary cadres and pre-uprising cadres good health and happiness, and continued to be shining examples for their children and grandchildren to learn from and follow.

The Provincial Party Secretary also requested the Party Committee and authorities of Gia Vien district to regularly pay attention to and take good care of implementing policies and regimes for families of people with revolutionary contributions in the area, ensuring that policy families have a prosperous, full and happy life.
